Leaving for Seattle tomorrow and will only have FIVE HOURS to do what I want. Where must I absolutely go?!

Has anyone here flown Delta? If so, how did you find their pure vegetarian food? Was it actually safe?

Also, what are things of vegan awesomeness to do on the west coast of the USA?

I'm going to be at a conference at UCLA next week. I know there's a nice restaurant called Native Foods and a Whole Foods nearby. Do you have any other suggestions for restaurants or good grocery stores? Thanks!

i'm going to be in long beach for 2 weeks and my company is paying for my food, so i'll probably be going out for most of my meals. where should i eat? a google search gave me zephyr vegetarian cafe. has anyone been there? what do you like to order from there? where else should i go?
